I'm glad you stopped by. I've been working in learning and development since 1999, when I became a trainer at the Disney University at Disneyland. As a lifelong Disney addict, my 8 years at the Happiest Place on Earth were not only a dream, but where my learning & development and leadership career started.

I've been with SMUD since 2017 and have loved the partnerships I've built running our Learning Management System, annual compliance training program, and our internal leadership Development program. I am also a co-lead for our PRIDE Employee Resource Group and served on our DEIB Council.

Being a lifelong learner, I've been an active member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) for almost a decade. I am currently serving as Past-President of the ATD Sacramento chapter. This is my 5th year on the board. Previously, I co-led a session of ATD Orange County's Developing Training program.

I obtained my Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) in 2025.
