I'm glad you stopped by. I've been working in learning and development since 1999 when I became a trainer the the Disney University at Disneyland. As a life long Disney addict, my 8 years at the Happiest Place on Earth were not only a dream, but where my learning & development and leadership career started.

I've been with SMUD since 2017 and have loved the partnerships I've built running our Learning Management System, annual compliance training program, and our internal leadership Development program. I also am a co-lead for our PRIDE Employee Resource Group and serve on our DEIB Council.

Being a lifelong learner, I've been an active member the Association for Talent Development (ATD) for almost a decade. I am currently serving as the President of ATD Sacramento chapter. This is my 4th year on the board. Previously, I co-led ATD Orange County's Developing Training program for a session.

I'm currently working on getting my Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials.
